Sundance Behavioral Healthcare vision was created by three psychiatrist who had a vision to rovide more resource for those suffering from mental health and chemical dependency challenges. Their vision began with outpatient services and quickly spread to inpatient hospitals.

Do I need to bring a list of my current medications with me when I come for an assessment? Yes, please bring a current list of your medications (or your family member's medications) to the hospital. The staff can discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your medications during the assessment.
For the past six years, Dr. Haqqani has served as the Medical Director of Psychiatric services at John Peters Smith Hospital. He is board certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Gautam completed his residency from John Peter Smith Hospital in 2003. He became Board-Certified in 2005.
