Services
Perfectly tailored for every trimester, pregnancy massage provides relaxation, relief from the aches and pains of the pregnant body, and an opportunity to escape the hectic nature of life and connect with your baby. Done side lying in a nest of pillows with heated herbal compresses. Prenatal massage is our specialty.
Abigail has been studying Thai massage in the style of the folk healers of Northern Thailand with Woven Body Healing Arts owner Damion Bond since 2015. Having completed over 120 hours of hands on instruction, her Thai massages frequently incorporate traditional warm herbal compresses. Thai massage is practiced on a soft mat on the floor with the client clothed.
Having attended over 20 births and specializing in pregnancy and postpartum massage since graduating from massage school in 2014, Abigail is an expert in the care of the childbearing body and mind. Abigail was trained as a postpartum doula by Doulas of North America (DONA) and as a birth doula by both DONA and ToLabor.
I was in a serious car accident earlier this year and have had a lot of trauma to recover from, and Abigail's Thai massages have been helpful in easing my pain and allowing my body to recover movement. She really knows what she is doing and does a great job at making you comfortable and helping you feel relaxed.

Abigail was great! She works out of a private studio and both the location and her presence were really chill and calming. I had a 90 minute massage and she did a great job of working out tension in my muscles (even stubborn knots) firmly but gently. I left the massage feeling really relaxed but not sore. She was also just really pleasant to chat with (if that is your preference during a massage).

Abigail was kind and gentle. I appreciated she offered to have conversation or remain quiet. She was able to provide guidance on how to better maintain a relaxed state in my new postpartum body!

I went to Abigail for a Thai Massage. I do jiujitsu and this was a great massage that helped me loosen up and it felt amazing. She communicates well so you can adjust intensity depending on what you're looking for. She was very welcoming and non-judgmental, I felt very comfortable with her and she suggested some ideas for things I could do on my own for problem areas.

Started seeing Abigail for monthly prenatal Thai massages in my second trimester and I believe it's the reason I had such little pain for the duration of my pregnancy. She has such a gentle touch and also such a calm presence that makes you feel at ease. You'll be on your side on a padded floor mat with pillows to support your arms and legs. The massage incorporates stretching and diaphragm work to help with GERD/digestion issues common in pregnancy as well as use of herbal compresses on your feet. The room is warm, with soft lights and music making it very relaxing. Being that she's also a doula

The location and Abigail herself are both very warm and welcoming! Abigail was extremely attentive to my individual aches and pains and had such a calming touch. She did ask that I give her feedback during my massage so that she could make sure I was getting the right pressure in the right places, but she was able to apply the right amount of pressure in the right places without any input from me! I am going to schedule myself for 90 minutes next time. I highly recommend Thai massage with Abigail to anyone who is interested in a personalized and extremely relaxing massage experience.

Abigail is magical! I was in so much pain because baby was in an odd position. One visit with Abigail and I was like a new person- no more cramping, baby moved down where he was supposed to go, and so much less sciatic nerve pain. I was able to continue working full time and being a mom to a busy toddler without being in constant pain. I am so sorry I didn’t find her sooner! Abigail is kind, knowledgeable, and so reassuring. I can’t recommend her enough. I will be a faithful client for years to come!

I started receiving Thai massages from Abigail at the end of my pregnancy. She's been a lifesaver. While I still have some typical aches and pains, she's helped loosen things up considerably and made me much more comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough. I was a little nervous about the Thai massage but it's incredible. It incorporates a lot of stretching along with massage... which has proven to be incredibly effective!

I received a Thai massage from Abigail and loved it! Not only was it such a great modality for me personally (too many workouts, not enough stretching or self care!), but Abigail's expertise made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxing. I loved all the stretching! I've already recommended Abigail's services to a friend, and look forward to my next session with her.

Compared to traditional, European massages I've had at spas, the experience I had under Abigail's hands was extraordinary. I had never had a Tai massage before and the combination of gentle stretching and muscle work was simply amazing. I have a number of skeletal injuries that required major surgeries and Abigail was sensitive and careful in working out the daily pain I have. The atmosphere of her office was emotionally warm and calming, with perfect background music and general ambiance. Hands down I recommend her to all my friends and will surely go back again.
