Thank you for your interest in Clear Creek Landscaping. My name is Leland Smith, I am the owner and operator of this wonderful Landscaping company. It has been a long lived dream of mine to serve my hometown (Spokane Wa) with the best landscaping services offered in our area. I began working for a local lawn care company at age 18.
That same summer I used my first truck and my moms lawn mower to offer lawn care services on my off time. I eventually moved on to another company and became their foreman, gaining great knowleage in the landscaping field. I have a true passion in serving my community and have throughout the years volunteered as a district 8 firefighter, EMT, and served in the US Army, including a deployment to southern Afghanistan.

When Leland came to blowout the sprinklers, he did so quickly and affordably. He provided education on how the blowout was to be done, and how to avoid freezing the pipes during the winter. 4 stars instead of 5 because of some confusing scheduling with their company (was unsure when they would arrive, and this was a bit stressful for our family). Their office mentioned this is due to a worker shortage.

Our experience with Clear Creek Landscaping from the beginning was negative. We were constantly uninformed on when they would be arriving to the house which was a problem as we have dogs that need to be locked inside with people working in the backyard. The estimated time of project completion was rarely communicated and when there was an estimation, it was very inaccurate- literally months inaccurate. To top things off, they damaged the sprinkler system and have not returned our phone calls, texts, or emails requesting this to be fixed. Our landscaping looked better before they started than after

We had Clear Creek Landscaping blow out our sprinklers back in October 2019. Something didn't seem right so we got a second opinion and it turns out our sprinklers were never blown out. Bill for services were due on the day they were sent out. Really disappointing from a company we had used for almost a year and a half.

The irrigation install went fine. We originally asked for a drip install at the same time. We had all our plants planted. They just left us the 1/4 poly line for us to install. So, we did it our selves. But now all the nozzles that they left us keep blowing off. I’ve tried calling several times. No response from them. The valves they installed have… to much pressure. Called on that as well. Still haven’t heard from them. Quick to take our money. But they surely don’t follow up... OK...Today is October 20 Leland did contact us and offered to come out and check/fix our issues
