Courage to Connect is currently monitoring the situation and ensuring that we are still providing the best mental health services to our clients. We are working very hard to meet all of the needs of our current and potential clients in our practice. We recognize the seriousness of the situation and how much of an impact this is having on our physical limitations and emotional health.
We are still conducting in person therapy sessions at our office as usual. We are taking extra measures to clean and sanitize our office regularly and wipe down and disinfect surfaces. We understand and respect your comfortability and precautions and are offering video sessions in-lieu of in person sessions to allow people the option to receive the help they need.

I am a Colorado native and have spent my life up to this point living in Colorado. I have spent most of my life living by the foothills and being surrounded by the mountains and nature, which I love. I began my journey with education knowing I wanted to be able to help and support people. While taking my first psychology class in college I found I was captivated by how we as humans develop and how our experiences shape who we become.
After living in many different places, I found myself settled in South Dakota. I have family there and it felt like home. I graduated high school and continued on to South Dakota State University where I always knew the end goal; become a counselor. I have always been passionate about helping others and knew this is how I wanted to do this.
I was born and raised in a small town in Colorado. I love the diversity of the seasons and the state itself from the beautiful starry nights in the smaller towns to all the city lights. I started my educational journey at 17 years old taking my first psychology course as a senior in high school. I wanted to know more so I received my Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Mesa University.
I was born and raised in Montana and one of the things I love most about Montana is the big sky and the outdoors. I am lucky enough to have moved to a place where I am surrounded by what I love. I started my educational adventures knowing that I loved working with people. I was fascinated by people and how they operated relationally, emotionally, and physically; so, I received my bachelors degree in Psychology.
