Meldonna Britt Properties, Inc is a family owned and operated full service real estate company with home base in Stanly County, NC. With many faithful years in corporate real estate, Meldonna Britt is the founder and principal of our firm. She has over 50 years of real estate experience. Robert and Wendy Britt (son and daughter in law) compliment her experience and serve as the listing and selling arm of MBP, Inc.

I have been using MBP for 20 years and they have handled over $3M in commercial & residential transactions for me. I use them because of their high ethical standards and experience. They are a family owned local company that appreciates & works hard for their clients and I highly recommend them .
A recent negative review was directed at me via MBP in what I assume was an attempt to negotiate a lower price on a property I have listed with MBP. As can easily be seen, it was tacky and insensitive and should be ignored.

These realtors, when asked directly point blank about any recent deaths, within the last year, on the property…. They blatantly bold face lied to a prospective and very interested buyer. Before deciding to sell this loft condo at three three 5 six Heathstead Place, it had been rented to a tenant who tragically shot herself in the head less than 2 months ago on the property... right outside the back door. Not disclosing that kind of information to serious buyers when specifically asked, especially to those buyers who have children, is unethical, shady, and deplorable. They should be ashamed of

When our previous landlord decided to sell the home we were renting and needed us out within a month’s time, we were very worried if it was possible.
