You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you are a 3D printer this place is like a candy store! The entire staff treats you like your their biggest customer and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They also have a ton of other stuff like extrusion, electronics and a million other items you might need for hobby and other projects.

Love their PLA filament! This is the first and only brand I've tried on my printers...and after printing hundreds of cookie cutters, which I design and then sell through Etsy, every customer of mine has agreed that the quality is fantastic and the final product is durable. Can't beat the price and I haven't had anything but a great experience with their customer support.

Great company, customer support, and quality products! I had called them to inquire about parts I would need to extend my Z axis on my Ender 3. I was met with excellent expertise and had the parts cut, plus filament, within a day (local pick-up). After putting together my machine with the new parts, I noticed some new issues with my prints. I called them the next day for their advice and they gave me great solutions that solved my problems. I'll be a returning customer because my prints came out great with their filaments and the price is just right (not too cheap to where you start questioning

Been waiting over a month for my order. Had good experiences with their filament before but seeing as I am no longer able to actually get my orders fulfilled I will continue to take my business to Hatchbox.
Works just as well and actually ships my orders.
