Hartman roofing did a great job of installing our roof, they were able to complete the job in one day, and did not leave a mess behind. Mr. West was courtesies, listened to my complaint regarding my old roof and made sure Hartman addressed my. Greg was amazing to work with - no hassle and communicated extremely well throughout the process.

These guys are top notch. They did a great job and yes, actually completed new roof in one day!! Chris answered all my questions and was very responsive when I had a question. The roofers were very respectful and did not leave any mess. They worked from daylight to dark and didn’t stop. Chris took the headache of dealing with my insurance company and mortgage company off of me and dealt with them from start to finish. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

I've lived in my house for nearly 20 years and first had the roof replaced about 15 years ago. That was done by a well known local roofer, and they did a good job. Hartman replaced my roof a couple of months ago, and they really exceeded expectations. Chris G, their salesman, is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was a tremendous help in working with my insurance company after their first adjuster missed a lot of obvious damage. The second adjuster was more experienced, and he totaled the roof. Hartman started the job at 7 am (barely any light at the time) and completed it in one

Worst experience of my life. The owner got upset with me (who is 6ft y'all and over 250 lbs) and lunged at me. I was shaking for 3 hours. We had three leaks after they put on our new roof!! And wouldn't fix it!! It cost us $2000. We wanted to sue, but we couldn't because we were trying to sell the house. I am appalled. I have never been talked to or treated like that. Absolutely horrible experience. Please use anyone else in town besides this man.

I honestly do not know how other Roofers survive when compared to Hartman. I flew in from Dallas to help my elderly mother file a roof claim. Hartman gave me the BEST bid of three! I had a family member that roofs in another city run his numbers. He was all around fair! Still, he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He roofed the day after I signed so I didn't have to fly back to town. He found unexpected issues, and handled it with my insurance, without my intervention. He found and repaired a few decking holes that a former roofer had just covered over with sheet metal. Hartman
