Dr Richard's was absolutely amazing! He went out of his way to give me a second opinion. The staff was great. Lisa, the assistant, was exceptional! They tried to help me cut cost which I've never had a dentist do. Unfortunately I won't be able to get the money needed but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Richard's and his team! I am forever thankful that they tried to help me. Truly a blessing!

Wonderful experience! I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was absolutely terrified but everyone there made me feel very comfortable, I was at ease within minutes of being in the room. This was my first visit to this office and it won’t be my last. I’m so happy I chose this dentist office. Highly recommend to anyone!!

I have always hated going to the dentist, but I had a broken tooth and had to go. Dr. Woolen was amazing! He was patient and very encouraging. His staff was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend them to anyone but especially people who have a fear or dislike for dentists. They will change your viewpoint!!! Love Dr. Woolen and his staff!!

My family and I are so grateful to the entire staff at Cedar Springs Family Dentistry to several reasons!
First, I called Monday to schedule appointments as new patients, and the ladies at the front desk were so patient and polite! And they got all five of us in for cleanings this week!
Next, I had my new patient appointment with Theresa and Dr. Birch. Both absolutely wonderful! Theresa was gentle, professional, and personable. Dr. Birch laid out all the work I would need done in simple to understand language and didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed like some dentists have in the past

My wife, Anna, had a great experience at Cedar Springs Family Dentistry!! Everyone was so friendly!! My wife’s hygienist, Heather, was so encouraging while Anna had her first root canal and Doctor Richards did a great job as well. Both Doctor Richards and Hygienist Heather were very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. We will definitely be back!!

I will say going into this dentist office today I didn’t have a clue that I would be blessed. To say the least Dr. Birch is a blessing and wonder soul, she has such a beautiful loving and caring spirit. I would definitely say she is the BEST dentist I’ve had. The ladies at the front are so welcoming and friendly, never a long wait, that hey right to you. I would definitely recommend this dentist office and Dr Birch!!!!

I gave the complete office a five, because from the beginning they have been a caring and professional office. The friendliest feeling, knowing that they will take care of you.
