Z-Place Pizza

Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and garlic bread. not only did the price go up, I was also told the wrong price when I paid over the phone. an hour and a half later the pizza came and it was cold and very dry. I called to let them know and the manager was very rude. he basically insinuated that I was lying about my pizza being cold, and insisted he made… them himself and he makes them the same every single time, sorry about my luck more or less and he hung up on me. we wasted more money than I'd like to admit and was treated very poorly! Not impressed chicken was overly greasy and Alfredo chicken was bland. Their portions are moderate. Their known for the pizza but not taking a chance.

Good pizza but absolutely awful spaghetti and their fish is always burnt and frozen fish you can purchase at the grocery store.

We called at 10 til 6 and they told us 55 minutes… no big deal. Went to pick it up about 6:45-6:50. Husband waited inside for 35 minutes for our pizza. The pizza was not worth the wait and could care less to go back.

Great pizza even better chicken fast delivery friendly staff and cheep prices you can't go wrong I love this place

We ordered 4 pizzas and all 4 were wrong and cold. We didn’t bother wasting our time trying to fix it. Haven’t ate there since!

Ben S., I LOVE Z Place, the owner has brought this place back to how I remember it as a teenager. The last pizza I purchased was the works, it was the BEST, so many toppings I was so very happy with the pizza. We are getting the same thing tonight and I can't wait to get it. I live in Roanoke so I ask it they will only partially bake it so I can finish baking it at home, always awesome.

Love the chicken and potato wedges! We had the funnel cake fries for dessert and they were good, but a little to crunchy for me. Nice friendly service! We do understand that everyone is short staffed. This didn't seem to slow you down! Thank you great work! Hope to visit again sometime from Berne!

It’s been a few years since we have had Zplace so tonight for a change we decided to get it!! I have always loved pizza there.. Big mistake Was told 45 minutes for carry out and it was over an hour.. when we… got there the place was very sour smelling Pizza was not cooked thoroughly crust was soggy and pizza was cold Had a weird sour smell to it, not good at all I would have rather had a frozen pizza instead Nothing was good,, Ended up throwing it away could not get past the smell WORST PIZZA EVER!! Will not make this mistake again Very disappointed

We ordered a pizza, garlic bread with cheese, 2 salads and three drinks. There was 2 customers in the restaurant besides us. Finally after 30 minutes they brought the garlic bread. Waited another 15 minutes. Someone who came out of kitchen to fill her pop, I said we ordered two salads. This was the girl who took our order. It took her 15 more minutes to bring our salads. I talked my boyfriend into coming here because the last time I had we had come here we had a great experience when there wasn’t a waitress working. This time we ordered lightly toasted subs and the chicken inside was beyond overcooked and burnt and never got a single refill on my drink and my glass was empty before our appetizer even came out. I was extremely disappointed and sadly won’t ever give them business ever again.

Well I seldom ever write a review but this time I must. We just ordered a Zplace special and brought it home. Hands down the number 1 worst pizza I ever experienced. Wow. Every aspect of it. We love thin crust but this crust was atrocious and absolutely no pizza sauce. There was a tiny bit of red color but no taste of sauce. The ingredients were obviously very low grade other than the green pepper and mushroom which were just generic. Do yourself a favor and get a frozen pizza. Or if you want a truly good thin crust pizza with high quality ingredients I suggest head on to Fort Wayne to Raimondos

We waited FOREVER FOR FOOD!!! THEN SOME GOT THEIRS, THEN FINALLY ANOTHER ONE GOT HIS, I HAD TO ASK AND GET UPSET TO GET MY FOOD. EVERYONE ELSE WAS DONE EATING, I TOOK MINE HOME. FOOD WASN'T THAT GREAT. WHEN I GOT UPSET ABOUT MINE TAKING SO LONG, SHE SAID WE'RE SLAMMED. NOW THERE WAS MAYBE 4 TABLES FULL INSIDE, THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT OF CALL IN ORDERS. HOWEVER, THERE WAS 6 TO 8 PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN COOKING!!! UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO SIT IN A RESTAURANT AND WASTE YOUR TIME. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!

Delivery was 20 minutes late. Ordered it for 8pm. Didn’t get it till 8:20. I only have break time for so long at work. I don’t have all night to stand around. Don’t offer timed delivery if you can’t do it.

The pizza here is super good! Most amazing pizza place in town. They have many different options you can choose from and they also have some older arcade games as you wait for your pizza which is pretty cool. I recommend checking out this pizza place if your in the area.

Good pizza, however they've sort of started slacking in service and food quality is beginning to show it.

Breadsticks were great. Tried 4 pizzas. Everyone was happy. Service was fast and satisfied all 9 of us as we needed. Bathroom was clean. Friendly atmosphere.

Some food was good some not so much. Prices ok. Service very slow 45 minutes before all 5 of us got our meals. The wife and youngest were first. Then my daughter about 10 minutes later. Then my oldest and myself got our subs. My wife was done eating before the subs finally came . My daughter ordered pasta Alfredo and it was not very good . My stromboli had very little sausage on it. The wait staff was not the reason for slowness, it was the kitchen. All the food was piping hot when it arrived.

The Pizza is amazingly awesome! Absolutely the best thin crust pizza in town! A little pricy, but great taste!

Grown to love this pizza. Old fashioned oven turns out a great pizza time and time again. Love their Italian sausage. I'm sure it's bought from some wholesaler, but it's a step up from what the previous owners had.

Greatest pizza around the area .... And there are lots of competition. The New owners are doing a Great job in making ZPlace a better place while not changing what made ZPlace the best many years ago ..... Great Food at a high quality and fair price. It's the same great pizza but expanding the options and remembering the customer
