A founding member of Olds & Brown, Marcus Olds has aggressively and successfully represented the criminally accused and personal injury victims since 2013. Marcus focuses on two narrow practice areas with one objective: Winning for clients. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science from Harding University and Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley (Western Michigan University) Law School.
A founding member of Olds & Brown, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, PLLC, Tim was born in Sherman, Texas and served in the criminal justice field for over 25 years as a Police Officer, Motorcycle Division Supervisor, SWAT Operator, Police Detective, and Federal Task Force Officer. Tim obtained his undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Missouri followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

I had Marcus Olds as my state provided defender and I couldn't ask for anyone better than this man. As a court appointed lawyer, you would expect the worst right? WRONG!! This man came to see me 4 times while I was incarcerated awaiting court. Kept me informed about anything and everything my case had going for me. The people at his office were very friendly and assuring when my family called. Long story short, this man made me a free man again after only serving 30 days in the county jail with 2 felony charges and 1 misdemeanor. Paid or not, this man cares about all his clients and their situations

Excellent defense attorney. We felt at ease from the first few moments on the phone with Marcus. We had a difficult situation with my husband facing DWI charges while driving an 18 wheeler. His job and future career was on the line. We live out of state so we thought coordinating with a local attorney would be close to impossible. We also thought that we were facing several long trips to Texas to face charges. Marcus handled everything quickly and professionally. The end result was that our case was dismissed! Mr Olds was my attorney on a unlawful carry charge I got from the city of Sherman Tx. Throughout the case, every time we spoke on the phone or In person I could tell that he really enjoyed his job and was concerned about helping me with my case in every way possible. I can only imagine how busy a attorney's day must be, I felt as if every time we spoke my case was his main priority..
