Do NOT recommend. I had Ginger do my taxes and ended up owing more than she told me I would, so I got billed again after I paid both her and my taxes. Then I had her deal with a back tax issue, paid her over $700 to file my back taxes - it seems all she does is use turbo tax for you - I ended up owing over $2000 in unpaid taxes, penalties and interest because she didn't do my taxes correctly.

My family has had their taxes done by Ginger/Amber for the past couple of years and they are incredibly unresponsive at every turn, ESPECIALLY during this time of tax season of 2020 (though their unresponsiveness is not isolated to this year). It takes them two WEEKS to get back to you for a simple question with reaching out multiple times. To me, this is extremely unprofessional
