Neudorfer and Associates was established in 1970 by Robert (Bob) Neudorfer as a professionally-qualified mechanical engineering and test and balance organization. The firm incorporated in 1980, and the name was changed to Neudorfer Engineers, Inc. (NEI). In 1986, Bill Neudorfer took over as Principle-in-Charge of Neudorfer Engineers, succeeding his father, Robert.
