Larry Scott is the hands down best insurance guy in town. I had went direct though a Insurance company and was paying x for the minimum allowed coverage for years, gave Larry a call and he was able to get me full coverage plus uninsured driver for the same x rate. At the same Insurance Company. I was taken back !! 22 years in the industry dose matter . "Thanks Larry "

Hands down the best experience I have had with a insurance company my Rep is Larry Scott, and he has went above and beyond anything that I could have asked for in regards to all of my insurance needs, from multiple car policies to renters insurance, Fire insurance, Earthquake to the insurance on my New home. Pat & his team are absolutely the very best at what they do. Since moving all of my insurance policies over to them I have learned a lot about policy coverages & what they really mean. I was a loyal customer for over 30 years with my last agent & I didn't feel like he even knew my name. Over that long time period of time he never reviewed the changes in my life. I was really under insured for my current situation until I went to Caruso Insurance. I now am properly covered with high limits for an incredible price as well. Recently had my car insurance double :(. Was very upset. Friend referred me to the Caruso Ins. team. Very informative, detailed and great person by the name of W. Curtis Holt helped me. We shopped for better insurance and I even got a renter's insurance policy I should have gotten years ago. He was so patient with me and walked me through Everything step by step...Even making sure I cancelled my old carrier, etc. I appreciate him and his team greatly. Will refer anyone to them!!! I have used Caruso for BOTH my businesses insurance needs for years. They became more like family than just another business contact quickly. Personally, I think a lot of it has to do with their staff and the fact that they've all been together for so long. I mean, how can you NOT trust a business to look out for YOUR best interest when they take such good care of their own? I have never been disappointed.
