When you start looking for homes, the process can quickly become overwhelming. Not only was Tony very accommodating in our search for our home, but he was very thorough in helping us find a home within our budget, desired side of town, and with the features we were hoping for as our first home. Tony really was tremendous throughout the entire process. I can't imagine the amount of work he did behind the scenes, but I am truly grateful for how smoothly the process went from offer to closing. Gerardot represented the seller of a house we bought in the country a few years ago. When we made the offer he sent an email stating that the next door neighbor was "considering putting in some hogs north easterly of" the property we wanted to purchase. "Considering" means paying for surveys and engineering to write up blue prints for two giant 100' X 300' buildings, filing the 12+ page document with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management in Indianapolis, mailing the required legal notification to every resident within a certain radius of the proposed hog farm (plus a copy to Gerardot
