Rent is due on the date the tenant signs the lease and they are given a ten day grace period. We mail a monthly statement, year end statements and the Form 1099 for the rents collected during the year. We hold the tenants security deposit in a trust account until the tenant moves out of the property.

Incredible! I started out using Frank Poe Real estate as a management company for my property and they took a huge burden off of me and my husband! Soon it was time to let go and sell and Monica Cruce went above and beyond! She kept the lines of communication open and communicated in a way that was most convenient for me! I can’t say enough good things about her and Frank Poe. Can’t say enough great things about Frank Poe and the kind and helpful people who work for/ with him. I’ve lived in one of their rental properties for almost 4 years and couldn’t be happier with this company and the friendly employees that work in the office and maintenance crew. I moved into my house in Feb. 2017. Ive been requesting repairs since, and this is now October. They never fix anything.ost of their homes are infested with rats and bugs because they refuse to do proper repairs. They hound you about rent but they are the worst place in Alabama to rent from. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET RRNTUNG FROM THESE PEOPLE.
