Excellent facility overall. Extremely clean and well maintained. They have nice Ivanko iron plates so bonus points for that. They have two staircase style squat racks and a deadlift platform. I was visiting for the weekend and was able to get a 3 day pass from the extremely helpful young man who was working both days I was there. My one minor quibble would be that there was no power cage, but for most folks that won't be an issue. I highly recommend this gym. For the serious strength trainees out there you will not be disappointed.

Good facilities. Owner pays a lot of attention to women in gym and little to men. Love Brock.

Staff was professional, had ALL the right equipment, building was clean, neat and organized. Like working out at this gym only when I'm in town from Colorado!

Good workout. Nice staff. Has all the basic equipment and isn't usually crowded. Small but nice locker room, showers. As with most other gyms I've been to, some of the equipment is in slight disrepair, i.e. add-on weights. The constant rap music was a little annoying when I first wrote this review, but has apparently changed to include a better mix.

Love this gym. Owners are amazing and genuinely nice people. I actually look forward to going to the gym because the atmosphere is so fun and makes my training process so much better than at any other gym in town. The people posting bad pictures or reviews are just people from other gyms with nothing else better to do. Come in, you seriously will wish you had come sooner

Plenty of room and equipment! The owners are always walking around cleaning and taking care of people and the equipment. Best of all is the well-behaved dog that walks around..😁

Looking for a place to workout and be "safe" during this covid-19 times? FIT is the cleanest gym I've ever visited in my life. Most people are considered and wipe down equipment after use. However, pick your workout hours wisely.

I really like this gym. I tried it today for the first time. Here are some quick notes on it:
1. Well-maintained equipment. The pulleys on the machines pulled smoothly. This isn't always the case at other gyms.
2. Good selection of machines and free weights.
3. Everything is super clean. There was even an employee dusting the (clean) machines.
4. The locker rooms are really nice. The showers looked super clean.
5. It's not overly busy, so you can do 2-exercise supersets (e.g. push/pull) without upsetting anyone by using two pieces of equipment.
6. One of the employees (maybe the owner?) was

Great staff, clean, & great equipment. The regulars at the gym are very friendly and it’s a great environment to work out.
Some of these reviews about old/ill maintained equipment surprised me sice I’ve never seen a piece of equipment down for more than a day. The equipment is maintained well and kept in operation.

Fantastic Fitness center starting with the owner. Clean, clean and even more clean. Great trainers and equipment, fantastic pricing for what you receive: diet evaluation, caring staff, new equipment that always works, TV, music - list goes on and on.

June, 2018 - moves into a brand new building - awesome.

Terrible. Omg. Let's start with the incoherent kids are the front desk. The girl was wearing underwear (no, those were not shorts) and it was an apparent chore for her to greet me or explain where anything was...I'm talking basics - locker room, where the glass was going to be held, etc. Not sure how long this place has been open but one would think that the employees who have the initial contact with clients, esp new clients, would be instructed to be polite at minimum, and do I even dare say smile ?!? I know, sounds like too much to ask from someone who came to work in underwear. Perhaps
