I was raised on a ranch in Colorado and now my home is in Atlanta. I'm a little bit country, and I hope, a little bit rock and roll. My country upbringing made me understand the importance of community and trained me to be a fantastic problem solver. When you're 60 miles from resources, you learn how to plan and how to get yourself out of a bind.
Atlanta has given me the opportunity to learn from some of the best and then connected me to communities that have become, crew, clients, and often friends. I'm interested in editorial work that explores contrasts, family dynamics and the pull of roots. I booked a "Most Loved" session after a dear friend shared the details with me, and it's by far the best picture I've ever had of my child. Kaylinn is incredibly talented and dynamic in her craft, but also great with children with a captivating personality. My children and I were instantly at ease, satiated with snacks, and laughed for an entire hour. The pictures are absolute gifts and will make fantastic gifts for years to come.

I had an amazing photo shoot with KG Photo! For her “Most Loved” project, Kaylinn juxtaposed portraits of folks with their Most Loved stuffed animal. With 43 years together, Bear is certainly worthy of that title and more - and Kaylinn captured the love I have for that little bear with such grace and skill that the final product blew away my expectations. The shoot itself was a blast, and Kaylinn’s talent behind the lens is matched only by her easy, warm, and kind demeanor. Her studio is a wonderful place to be, and I’m more than grateful for the time we spent together.

It was such a pleasure working with Kaylinn on our new leadership headshots. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and the quality of the images is out of this world. She made every person she photographed feel comfortable and relaxed which produced amazing photos. This was our first time working with Kaylinn, but it won't be the last.
