I honestly would have given them better if their spokesmen would have done better - by me that is! Wish I could recall his name but he was the worst - very rude and unprofessional!
Things started out great with the initial receptionist was very prompt, helpful and attentive - so much so that she had someone out to my house to see about my problem that same day/evening. I was impressed! Then when this man from the company came (I really wish I could recall his name right now as HE was the source of the lower stars) things went downhill. He internally inspected my roof by going in my attic to view

Apal did an amazing job for us. Art explained the process thoroughly and remained available throughout. The workers were punctual and professional throughout the job. And there are no words for how essential Carmen was to us. She dealt with every step of the insurance and financing processes, even prompting them to raise the amount of their coverage. Even after hours, Carmen made herself available to us and ironed out any and all issues. She definitely went above and beyond standard duties.

We are so pleased with our new roof. Apal Roofing was fast, professional and friendly. In roughly 2 weeks we went from inspection for damage to roof replacement. They handled all of the damage done and we couldn’t be happier with the job. Our roof looks great. Artt was friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t mind explaining things as the roof was been repaired. Derek who inspected our damage made everything super easy as far as filing a claim. We couldn’t have picked a better company to handle our roof. Thanks to everyone at Apal.

I will say upfront that this was it was just an inspection, they didn't actually do work for me, but I'm writing this because of the amazing experience I had with one of their employees. One of their guys was out to inspect my roof for OpenDoor and when we opened the door to the balcony so he could get to the roof there were wasps. We never use that door and there were three wasps nests inside the door frame between the door and the screen door! The balcony goes the length of the house so he was able to check out the roof using the other door. But, and here's where he went above
