Estate planning is not solely the province of retirees. Individuals and families, regardless of the size of an estate, need planning that ensures the proper distribution of assets and property to beneficiaries. An estate plan that includes a will can spare survivors the inconvenience of costly, lengthy probate proceedings.
Estate administration can sometimes lead to estate litigation involving bickering family members on a quest to contest a will or trust. This can be an emotional and stressful time for everyone involved, and the process is often complicated, time-consuming and costly. When these situations surface, you need a calm, experienced and aggressive estate planning attorney to iron out things.

My husband & I worked with Richard to buy a rental property. We're located out of state and are inexperienced with this type of real estate transaction. Richard very patiently guided us through the entire process. It took about a year to get all the pieces sorted out with the seller and Richard stayed in contact with us so that we didn't feel forgotten. When it was time to close, Crystal walked us through all the paperwork. Both Richard & Crystal were an absolute pleasure to work with. We very much appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness.

We have had three real estate closings with Richard D'Addario office in Newport. This last one was a bit disappointing. The office staff was very limited, and not quite on the ball the way they use to be. Richard D'Addario was fine as always. My guess because of almost everyone in Newport seems to be sick, his staff is maybe half of what is normal I am hoping. Still I give his office a nice 4 stars because of Mr. D'Addario only.
