Please feel free to contact any of our staff members at any time. Jim is a native of Rochester's 19th ward community and grew up on Brookdale Avenue. He attended West High School, Monroe Community College and graduated from Simmons School of Embalming and Mortuary Science in 1976.

The owner, James, and his son, Michael are so easy to work with during a difficult time in your life. They will do their best to accommodate any special requests. They make planning so easy. They cover everything so nothing is forgotten. Their prices are significantly lower than other places, even the one that advertises to be the cheapest. They are smart businessmen. You may pay less, but you get high quality service. The facility is very pretty and comfortable. Sadly, I've needed to use them 3 times this year. I truly got the best service at the best price. Do yourself and your family a favor

My dad passed away in late January. Jim was supportive and professional and treated our family like his family. He made the whole process easier to handle. His recommendations for other vendors were remarkable and accurate. My sister and I can't say enough about his compassion and care. He helped us honor our father for a life well-lived.
