I met David when I was renting a flat in Oakland. He was representing the owner and came and spoke with me and my roommate about the matter. He was exceptionally straight forward and said he wanted the transaction to work as smoothly as possible for everyone. I have not "officially" met David Otero which makes this review even more special. I was introduced to David through mutual friends who suggested I contact him when I received an unexpected termination notice at my place of residence. I had already spent a solid month calling all of the online "self-help" places and even met with a pro-bono lawyer.

Walk into a house with him and he immediately starts pointing out details of construction, layout, design, style, geographical challenges, market, etc. He knows the various building codes and when they were changed and can tell just by looking at a house what's been modified or updated or needs to be updated and can give you a good idea of what that work would involve.
