An employee at Sterling is utilizing my fathers Social security Number and name. I called to report it to HR and they were not very helpful. They were not able to release whether or not they had an employee with my fathers name there as that was confidential and indicated there was nothing they can do about the ID theft but then proceeded to request my fathers name and SSN, well if there is nothing they can do why would they need the name or ssn. I can’t imagine this company is that big that they wouldn’t know if they have a person with my fathers name working there. I have already filed police
