I joined EAD in June 2021 as a Sr. Project Manager. I have been well supported by my manager and everyone on staff. Anyone I've worked with at EAD thus far has been helpful and responsive. They share their knowledge freely to help me perform my job effectively. I have all the resources I need and have regular check-ins with my manager. I am remote and working as an embedded project manager at a client facility, so the regular check-ins are especially important. I just finished working there this summer and I would have to say that this is an amazing business. While working here I had many opportunities to grow. Everyone that works here is committed to putting their best foot forward and they make sure that everything that is done for any clients is the best work they can do. I am a student working on a project and attempted to reach an employee. The receptionist hung up on me after telling me my caller ID was blocked-- this was set up through our family's phone company and is not something I have control over as I do not pay the bill. She was rude and not helpful, arguing with me after I asked for an alternative way to contact him as he is in the field, hurting the progress of my academic work.
