Well that was easy! John Hathorn, Morgan Hathorn and their Pence Hathorn Silver team helped me sell my Santa Monica condo for top dollar with minimal hassle...during a pandemic! John has been my real estate wingman for 2 decades; through 6 transactions. Some of those transactions were challenging because of 1031 exchanges, crazy tenants, etc., but John maintained his sense of equanimity throughout. I can't say the same about myself, but this is supposed to be about John. It speaks volumes about him that we even remain on speaking terms... Coming from the UK we had many questions and concerns and John was patient and thorough in explaining the process and showing us properties that he thought might suit us. Buying and selling a home is a complex and fraught process by definition, and he provided a calm and logical approach in some very difficult situations. Our options were clearly explained and we felt at all times that he battled our corner when the easy option would have been to push the sale though without further negotiations.

John and his staff recently helped me make my single-family home purchase in the North of Montana (90402) neighborhood in Santa Monica. I have had lots of challenges with real estate agents in the past, and I just say, John and his staff at Partners Trust were professional, responsive, and knew the process and the area. We highly recommend John Hathorn and his team. He impressed us right from the beginning when we were interviewing for an agent.
