I want to say thanks Amanda and Nicole! When ever and what ever help I need with when I’m t comes to insurance I know my agent will be there to help. I want to say thanks state farm for making it easy for me and making it easy for my agent to help me. I want to point out other providers try to solicit my business. But I won’t go because I have always gotten great customer. Service and I feel I am aways taken care of from my claims and or just a question.

Sabrina is a rep at STATE FARM/NICOLE FORMAN I HAD NOT MET HER PERSONALLY BUT NICOLE USED TO TAKE CARE OF MY ACCOUNT BUT WHEN I CALLED SABRINA ANSWERED THE CALL I ASKED FOR NICOLE SHE ADVISED ME NICOLE WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT SHE ADVISED ME SHE COULD HELP FROM THAT DAY FORWARD I HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH SABRINA, DONT GET ME WRONG I LOVED WORKING WITH NICOLE AS WELL SHE WAS GREAT TOO, BUT SABRINA DID NOT HESITATE TO HELP AND LET ME TELL YOU , I thanked Sabrina for everything she had done for me I told her she made it seamless to deal with StateFarm! Amanda has been super great to me since i moved to Lubbock. I previously had State Farm in Pa. I saw Nichole Foreman was right by my house. So i had to give them a try. Both ladies have always been really good to me answering all my questions amd concerns. I only call and speak to nichole or Amanda. Amanda is very knowledgeable about everything i need. Working with Amanda, the office manager, was a breeze!! She is so kind, gave honest, solid advice, and made it super easy to get everything we needed insured. She answered all of our questions and did a wonderful job explaining things we didn’t quite understand. We were able to get everything done and insured in a timely manner! We love her!! 10/10 would recommend.
