The care for my mother has been beautiful expect for the fact the Bonnie has sent over 4 new caregivers to my mother. I picked a Care Connection for consistency and dignity. My mother is confused and it’s hard for her to keep up with the ever changing caregivers. When I spoke with Bonnie she was rude and short with me.

A Care Connection is exactly what the name says! Their staff reflects the name. They are amazingly kind, informative & caring. You are always called the day before identifying & advising who will be coming. As well as setting the arrival time. Their attention to detail is so reassuring. During the difficult road to recovery having their guidance is wonderful. You have an R N, PT & OTs working with you, following your dr's lead. Things are always explained so you know exactly what & why something is being done. If you have a problem you can always call their office & it will be addressed asap. I

I have been working for this company for 2.5yrs as an RN. They are a wonderful company to work for and management is great and very understanding. The clinical managers are supportive and are always available to assist with needs, questions, or frustrations. If you are a health care provider and want to work in home health this is the company you want to work for.
