Each cement in the group is tailored to accommodate specific conditions for melting furnaces, kilns and chemical process equipment applications. Dry cements are predominantly used for induction furnaces but may also be used for reverberatory furnaces, forehearths, ladles, etc.

Refractory insulation encompasses a wide variety of materials, formats and applications that protect your heat containment structure when exposed to temperatures from 500° to 3000°F.Monolithic refractories are used to advantage over brick construction in various types of furnaces. Their use promotes quick installation, avoiding delays for the manufacture of special brick shapes.
Dry cements are predominantly used for induction furnaces but may also be used for reverberatory furnaces, forehearths, ladles, etc. Various formulations are available to accommodate both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys but all vibration cements may be installed using the same basic techniques. All dry vibration mixes are supplied in polyethylene lined bags or bulk stacks so that the material can be readily delivered into the working area.
Refractory insulation encompasses a wide variety of materials, formats and applications that protect your heat containment structure when exposed to temperatures from 500° to 3000°F. It includes products such as Superwool and Refractory Ceramic Fiber which are available in a wide array of formats.
Monolithic refractories are used to advantage over brick construction in various types of furnaces. Their use promotes quick installation, avoiding delays for the manufacture of special brick shapes. Using monolithics frequently eliminates difficult bricklaying tasks, which may be accompanied by weakness in construction.
