Coast Embroidery

This whole experience has been awful. They screwed up the files mid way through and we had to resubmit everything and then never double checked the shipping address when we switched from pick up to shipping. We agreed on a date and they were a week late... Waited 48 hours after payment to actually take packages to the post office and then lied about it. Immediately blamed every issue on me with absolutely zero regard for customer service and then refused to even discuss options to help make things right.

So glad I was able to find this company! I needed embroidered shirts for my business and they were very transparent with the process which gave me a lot of trust in going with them. They let me approve the print & order before production which was very nice to see. The shirts turned out amazing! The employees at my shop look very professional now thanks to Coast Embroidery!

I couldn't hold back anymore. Ordered some shirts and they completely got messed up. The logos are crooked in the middle of my shirts. The color is completely off. I ended up taking the shirts I was going to sell and gave them to Goodwill. Please do your research, and also notice the reviews are paid for. Blame no one for myself for not paying attention to this..

Had the pleasure of working with Katrina and Zach, a husband and wife team that owns Coast Embroidery. From start to finish, the process was perfect. We ordered some promotional hats with embroidery on the front and back for our business and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.
Communication was on point and we received the finished product prior to the anticipated delivery date.
Pricing was more than fair; quality of the finished product is top notch, and the best part is, all of the embroidering is done here in Orange County, not overseas.

I had one day to a karate gi printed and was franticly looking for a local custom printer. A friend of mine recommended Coast Embroidery saying that they were quick, friendly, and did great work. My experience at Coast Embroidery has been nothing short of amazing. This was my third time returning to get my scrub tops embroidered because they have always delivered quality work in an efficient manner at a reasonable cost. Great business here! The guys over there at the shop were all super helpful. It was my first time getting some hats made for my buddy's bachelor party and I had never done anything like this before but the guy at the shop made it super easy in getting my logo made and actually put on the hat. They turned my order around pretty quickly because I came in like a week before the bachelor party trip. After nearly 9 months of waiting, i walked away with nothing but the blanks i dropped off for their "quick turn around service." I came here about two months ago to ask for prices on a custom hat for my boyfriend . The staff was beyond helpful and they answered all my questions . I ended up leaving with my hat 2 hours later , i didn't think I'd be able to get it since it was a last minute gift idea but they made it possible! Will be coming back!

You guys are terribly unorganized. Not only was my job completed late, but you guys failed to fulfill my entire order by providing us with a short amount of hats. You guys have officially lost so much potential business by screwing up my order for my and my client, and failing to fix the problems you made.

Best Embroidery place ever compared to any others I've worked with in the past. The service here is great and if I could give this place more stars I would . The team here is very helpful. Really make you feel welcome and will do anything possible to help you make your idea happen. Not only did they help me get my embroidery done for my caps. They also helped me find the caps I needed and more. They offer a large variety of stylish blanks which is a + for my brand.
