This company worked with Wells Fargo on selling my house, they were the appraisers. It took them over 3 months to appraise, write up and return my appraisal. When my realtor called to find out what the hold up was, he was told, "I don't work for you ". Very unprofessional, no sense of urgency, cost me and the buyers of my home a lot of money, stress, and couldn't have cared less. There is much more to write but that's the short story.

This was a NIGHTMARE!! He took 6 weeks to complete our appraisal, which caused us to miss our first closing. Once the appraisal was submitted he required work to be completed that was already up to code. Costing the seller of the property money and increased our closing costs. Missed our second closing due to the repairs he stated needed completed. Now we are currently on our 3rd closing, however, we now owe more money because we have to rush the closing to get a lower interest rate, due to it expiring because of all this. HORRIBLE! My family and I are completely disgusted by this. He turned this

The clerk simply did not want to deal with transferring of a title. Also wanted proof that I am in fact on my husbands insurance policy. She was too lazy to wait until I called my husband at work. She insisted he must be present .being frustrated, my father offered his insurance ,once again she wanted proof so we called state Farm. In the end she simply stated she was too busy. So I thanked her for her time ,offered some advice and left. I went to anther office and was done within minutes. Shame on you.
