Great apartment complex! I've lived in/visited friends in most of the complexes near campus, and this one is by far my favorite. Very reasonably priced for something super close to campus (<10 minute drive). The community is gated, there is a gym, a pool, and plenty of parking. The apartments are spacious and perfect for college students. The people who live here are mostly LSU students, but the community is extremely calm and quiet!

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Leased for a short time and treated the home as it was ours with care and respect. Paid promptly and felt we were ideal tenants. Dean & Co kept 75% of our $2,000 security deposit and was completely unwilling to discuss it with us. We were relocated out of state for my husbands job, Dean & Co re rented the house within 30 days, but required us to pay $1,100 to them as a leasing commission. Then on top of that, after professional moving service moved us from the home and cleaned the property, Dean & Co charged us an additional $350 cleaning

Advise is a gift, you either take it or leave it. DO NOT rent any apartment or buy house from these people these crooks will come up with false report to steal your deposit. I would take this advise if I were you others stated the same thing. I would have given them zero stars if there was option to
