In order to get a divorce, you have to show that there is a valid reason for it, under law. If you are looking for a divorce lawyer- do not use Richard Bombardo! There are countless reasons why not to use him. He quoted me two prices for uncontested and contested divorce. My ex and I walked in, signed papers with one small conversation lasting approximately 1 minute while in the office- he charged me for a contested saying we didn’t have things worked out prior, which I believe was $500 more. He then did not answer his phone when our papers should have been ready to sign- he left town for a few weeks and by the time he came back to town my ex wanted everything back that he had originally

Richard was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful with my case. At no point did I feel like I had to search for answers as Richard updated me every step of the way throughout my trial. Most often he would call me back within the hour, and there was not ever a time I did not get a call back within 24 hours through our several month interaction. I had the experience with a different attorney a few years ago, and the difference was night and day. Richard Bombardo is the best lawyer you could hire. This guy is the most humble, modest, professional individual I’ve ever met. He prepared my trial while he had a cold and lost his voice. Any average lawyer would have thrown in the towel and gave in. Not Rich, he pressed on. Even though the odds were against him, he was still able to pull through and win the case. I had always tried to work custody issues out with my ex without court. I had retained Richard and filed paperwork but was foolishly led to mediation by my ex against the advisement of Mr. Bombardo. A few months later it turned out to be a huge mistake and my daughter was in immense danger. I immediately called Richard and we filed new paperwork. He heard me in a world full of resentful exes how hard I tried. Mr. Bombardo is a dedicated father who can relate to the struggles and obstacles faced by any single parent who is trying to establish a formal custody agreement. He was always reachable by phone, with the understandable exception of weekends, and he treated me with the utmost level of respect and integrity. 1. Only responded to our calls up until he got our money
2. Advised that we had certain rights and then retracted these statements
3. Many calls we had to place to this attorney, as the deadline approached for our court hearing, because he was not returning calls, until the night before the court hearing, which then he was rushing us through things and took away our ability to better prepare for this case.
4. During the hearing certain things were agreed
