Beware: they prepared my Mother's 2016 taxes (charging $325) and knowingly failed to report income. Here's the story:
In 2018 the IRS sent her a surprise bill for $4381, explaining that she owed back taxes for unreported Social Security income, plus penalty interest. Um, what...!?! My Mother (living alone, newly-retired, and having suffered a massive stroke) made sure to use professional tax preparation (Kratz & Co) to avoid exactly this kind of issue. How could this oversight have happened?
