I found out about the "better apart" method a couple of months ago. I, myself, was going through a discovering period in my life and came across Gabrielle Hartley's book. After reading her book, I was so fascinated with the method that I decided to take her course for professionals and potentially implement it in my practice as a family law attorney.

Better Apart is a great book to navigate life and infuse it with balance and calm.
