In order to provide affordable rents, each property has found support and assistance in many resourceful governmental programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Section 8 rental assistance, and financing with the use of Tax-Exempt Bonds and various Federal Housing Agency (FHA) insurance programs.

They are full of it. They moved us into units the wasn't fully ready. No lines in basement to wash or dry. Whomever they had do Construction did anything!! The cut all cable Corey's in all 10 units. It took a month for us to be able to get cable due to the office telling us the company that did the sidings would have to come out. Which they never scheduled that either. So Imagine waking up every day with no job driving your kid somewhere only to use internet for a month. On top of linking water tub shower handles falling off. You can put in a order and nothing still happens. The Kenmore Commons
