I was attempting to purchase a property that was listed with united country lifestyle. After working with Phil McPhail for about a week, he just stopped communicating with me. He finally got back to me about a week later and told me that he was too busy to work with buyers. He didn't refer me to another agent with his firm, just told me he was too busy. Needless to say, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the company, and purchased my acreage through another company.

I've purchased rural property in several other states and thought that I was dealing with competent realtors, that is until I met Peter McPhail. Great videos however terrible in house property search engine. Very limited options for searches, ex no turn off for pending/contracted properties. I have no desire being forced to view pending properties within my searches. Too many properties are pending.
In summary, had to go back and use realtor.com to use more search options to reduce property viewing.

Janine Hawkins was an excellent agent to work with in the Down East area. She is professional, extremely well informed, friendly, patient, an excellent communicator and went above and beyond the call of duty! I was having to look for a property long distance and she found just the right property for me, she even represented me at the property on inspection day. She emailed me with contacts for utilities in the area for my home. I was very happy with the process all the way to closing and after! I recently worked with Janine Hawkins of United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine to purchase a home in Cutler, Maine. From the very start I knew I found the right real estate agent.
