28 Springs
We love the amazing conversations that happen around good food and drink, and being part of the vibrant food scene in downtown Siloam Springs and Northwest Arkansas. We love being able to work with great local farmers, and our menu changes with the seasons to show off the best of what they are growing.

We love cozy British pubs and Paris sidewalk cafes and the uniquely American cocktail scene, and our bar embraces all of those influences. You'll feel just as comfortable here for a quick bite on the way home from the gym as you will all dressed up for a date night. We love being a happy place for all sorts of occasions.
Services
28 Springs is the realization of a long-held dream of local business leaders Shelley & Todd Simmons of a vibrant restaurant in the heart of downtown Siloam Springs. A restaurant with as much character as the community it calls home. 28 Springs opened its doors in the summer of 2012 and quickly made a name for itself within the regional food scene.

Fantastic. Wonderful modern vibe in a cool retro car dealership in downtown Siloam! Fast friendly service. Elegant laid back atmosphere. The rabbit fry bread and bacon chicken apps were incredible. The cod, pork chop and the Scottish salmon were all excellent. Can't wait to go back!

I had high hopes for this place, and sadly they did not deliver.
Pros: - Our server was nice and spunky and very personable - The food was pretty good and the portion sizes were good for the price
Cons: - The food took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to get to the table - All the desserts (all of which were cold/not fresh prepared) - took -f-o-r-e-v-e-r plus… infinity to get to the table. Like it took long enough we were starting to wonder if they were actually freshly preparing all the desserts. Nope. All frozen and thawed out. Which is fine but it shouldn’t take half an hour to get them to the table

Went for date night for the first time and enjoyed the experience. The menu definitely has some stuff that you can't get anywhere else and the service was great. The bar has a nice atmosphere and you can order unique drinks that most bars aren't serving. We will definitely be back to try some of the other stuff on the menu.

Third visit in 5 years since we live in Rogers. Always tasty. Last night’s visit for my husband and I consisted of the Key West cocktail (it was alright, not great), a Keto burger for me (delicious!), and the regular burger for my husband, I think it was called the roost burger. The Keto burger was flavorful, but the bed of balsamic spinach,… roasted red bell peppers was great. The fried pickled okra is everything. I am a pickled okra fiend, but haven’t ever had it fried. So, so good. Though my suggestion is forget the Tabasco Mayo and substitute ranch. Hubs got the loaded fries

We were here for a birthday. The manager and server did an amazing job of describing the dishes that were popular. I am a foodie from past experience in the industry. The Wahoo blended so well it was a flavor of delicious explosion. We will return. Definitely try suggestions. Appetizers we tried were rooster eggs and pretzels and beer cheese!! Also scrumptious. Thank.you for top notch service 🙂

Upscale restaurant with reasonable prices, great service and taste food. This used to be an old car dealership.

We had the restaurant almost to ourselves when we came in at 1. We started with the rooster eggs which were fried balls of dough with pimento cheese. Tasty but the real star of the show was my fried chicken sandwich with maple syrup. The bun was soft and the chicken crispy and the syrup just the right touch. I was dipping my fries in it. My husband liked his burger too although I forgot what it was called.

Huge portions. You could share a meal and be full. The kids meal was also a

We had a very pleasant meal and service was terrific. You can tell the staff like their jobs and convey this to patrons. Ready to advise on menu and make your time go smoothly. We had a very rough day, but this place changed the day 180 degrees. Tried the Rooster eggs, which were fun and different for us. The wedge salad was huge, cool, crisp and … had enough to get a doggie bag. My husband tried the cod and interesting Brussels sprout/potato hash, which were delicious. The restaurant is upscale but not pricey, as are too many farm to table restaurants. The decor from ceiling fans to antique

Took a drive and really wanted this place to be great, but we were soooo disappointed. We started off with their signature Rooster Eggs and they were delicious until we found big pieces of bone and cartilage in… the ground chicken. Then they brought the salad with bleu cheese dressing that was so thin, it seemed like they had watered it down, making the salad sit in a watery mess. Next, the Grilled Cheese Soldiers and Tomato Soup. The sandwich pieces in a skewer were great just nothing special. And let’s serve a bowl of soup instead of a tiny cup for that price people! Also tried the

This establishment is in desperate of new management. My co-worker and I waited for over 15 minutes while a member of the staff (middle-aged white male) stood, maskless, behind the front counter, talking on his mobile phone (he appeared to be arguing with his boyfriend). Eventually, another member of the staff walked in and asked if we wanted to be seated. She actually glanced over at what we thought was the male hostess and rolled her eyes before taking us to our seats. When we were seated, we asked if he was actually an employee and she replied "Yes, he's the manager". We were

Expensive Dissapointment- Stopped on our way through Siloam. Found the reviews and thought it was worth trying. We had the Steak Diane, a salad, and a few drinks. Total out the door was $101 for my wife and I.
I know this Corona stuff has everything messed up but it took way too long to get our salads. The steaks came right after, leaving a large portion of the the salad uneaten. When you pay $28 for a meal you dont want it cold when you start.
Steaks were very tough and overcooked. We ordered medium-rare and ended up with medium. Portions as a whole are small for the price. The spinach and potatoes

This week's RadioShack, Siloam Springs, Employees lunch is from 28 Springs.
We ordered the Springs Burger which includes Fries that had a perfect amount of seasoning. The burgers are made to order and tasted great matter of fact, we might have to go there next Tuesday!! The prices were also very reasonable. The only complaint was during the ride back, trying not to sneak some food, the aroma was amazing!
Anyone who hasn't been to 28 Springs yet, we highly recommend it!!

We were very happy and thankful they took us in 10 minutes before closing! My first time here and I was impressed by the atmosphere, the food, the value, and the great service. I ordered the gouda chicken sandwich and I must say, that was the BEST sandwich I have ever eaten! I highly recommend this place. If you are in the area, this place is a must!

Remarkable Dining in Down Town Siloam Springs.

A beautiful upscale restaurant, in the restored Crain Motor building, down town Siloam Springs. Bright, fresh décor with historical pictures scattered throughout the interior. It is a really nice restaurant! Easy to find, with ample parking on the street and parking lots nearby.

Today lunch was the 28 Springs Burger and the Atomic Burger. The 28 Springs Burger is a simple combination of lettuce, tomato, onions, and my wife chose to add pepper jack cheese. Nothing to hide the great taste of the meat. I had the Atomic Burger. It came with sweet

This place is amazing. Cheese curds are delicious... so is the trio dip. I ordered the barbecue burger with a side of mac n cheese & fries. We also splurged and got chocolate cake. 100% will be back. Our waitress was really great, her name was Shayla! Can't wait to go back!

So this is a great place in the downtown of Siloam Springs. Old Car dealership converted to a restaurant with a trendy feel and a awesome menu. Everything from the bread for starters to the dinner was delicious. I had the rotisserie chicken and my husband had the daily special a Gen Tso's chicken sandwich. I had Brussel sprouts as appetizer. The food was great. The service was awesome. We will be back to try dessert. We were too full.

This is a lovely spot in downtown Siloam Springs. The ambience is great, the menu options all sound so good, making it hard to choose a plate. You will never go wrong here. I tried their special spinach and goat cheese salad, and it was a flavor explosion, AMAZING! As main dish, I had the salmon and pumpkin grits, just as DELICIOUS. Also, the bartender suggested a pomegranate margarita (not on the menu), which of course was awesome. If you happen to be in the area, be sure to give it a try!

We went for Easter Brunch and, hands down, this is one of THE BEST meals I've had in Arkansas.

Arriving early for our reservation, we went in and tried our luck. The hostess (whose yellow/mustard dress was so pretty!) took care of us right away and we were seated within a minute.

The place was pretty happenin' and busy. Every single staff member we passed smiled and said "hello" to us.

We were seated near the bar and I need to go back just to hang out there!

Thatcher, our very cool server, came by and made recommendations on the Easter Brunch menu. I went with a mimosa
