It's hard to get into a lot more detail except to thank them for always being responsive to any job, however big or small. If you are an infrequent customer, you will get great service, just as if you were a regular.

I can't recommend Tustin Graphics enough. I use them frequently for the cheerleading team I coach, and the signs are always done quickly and with excellence. When I went to the location to obtain a quote, Monty, the owner, was assisting another client. After I asked for a quote for a window vinyl, the other client walked out, she said, "Just go with it. They're wonderful here. I've gone to many places and had many quotes. This place is always the best."
I did receive a quote, and he mentioned the layout we had been provided looked a bit old. I let it escape my mind. Too many other things were happening. After a week, Monty followed up on it. Of course, I still needed it. I did love the follow up, asked the price again and sent him

Tustin Graphics made some digital posters for an event I was having, and they did an amazing job! The images I gave them to work with were pretty small, and the posters turned out so much better than I thought was even possible. The quality was excellent, the pricing was totally reasonable, and the service was fast and friendly! I will definitely be using Tustin Graphics for any of my printing needs in the future.

Our middle school has a banner that we use every year for the promotion ceremony. Every year we have to change the date. Every year we use Tustin Graphics to get the job done. They are very helpful and we had a 24 hour turn around this year. That was important since I procrastinated getting the banner to them. I am grateful for their friendly service and quick turn around. I'm super pleased with the custom banner I picked up today. I placed the order on Friday afternoon and picked up on Wednesday the following week--couldn't be happier with the great turn around time.

I have used Tustin Graphics a few times now and would recommend them to anyone. I had a step and repeat made for my wedding, business cards (that are more than impressive), and a few banners all of which were excellent quality and more than fairly priced. I found Tustin Graphics driving up the 5 freeway and from that point on they have been my first choice for printing signs. I work for a special events company who prints various items on a weekly basis. There have been times where we need a last minute sign or something went wrong with an installation and we need a reprint, and they have never let me down! Also, I know that if an image I send does not work they will tell me the truth to ensure what I print always looks amazing.
I do not usually give 5 stars, but is this case you cannot go wrong with Tustin Graphics.

A friend told me about Tustin Graphics. Monty helped me design a bumper sticker that would be distributed to our high school families during registration in August. He was quick with emailing me different design options. While we were placing the order, he told me he was using a certain paint so that the ink wouldn't fade in the sun as quickly (two of our colors were red and black). The 2,500 bumper stickers were ready super fast and we were able to get them in time to put in all our registration packets. Excellent customer service!

I appreciate that this company cared enough about my experience to reach out to me. Though it is unlikely that I will utilize their services in the future, I respect that they followed up to make things right. I would recommend keeping what's his face off the phone from now on though--first impressions are everything.
