Suzanne Donahue is always professional and has wonderful "bed side manner" so to speak. She makes clients feel comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable about her job. I enjoy my interactions with her.

Rex and his staff go above and beyond to ensure you are properly insured and paying a fair price. Great customer service. They always answer their phones and are more than happy to help if you drop by. Easy office to access on Reynolds road. Highly recommend for any insurance needs.

I have been very pleased with Rex Sims and his office staff. I have been with Rexs' office for over 25 years. When I have ever needed them they have been prompt and helpful. When my son moved back to Toledo this past year he made sure that he got Rex Sims' office for his home and car.
