At times I have to park several buildings away. Residents are allowed 2 vehicles but some have 3-5 but don't waste your time because management does nothing. Non handicap residents park in handicap spaces, management does absolutely nothing. The garbage dumpster is always broke so residents simply throw garbage on the road side. The pool is never clean and don't plan to use the pool side bbq grills. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. People from the surrounding communities come by the car loads to swim and again, management does nothing. People from the apartment complex next to us hang

Way overpriced for what we get! Our AC has broken 2 times(once a couple of days ago), our stairs that we called about over a month ago have one broken on it and we had someone fall down them! (We have witnesses) and shower rod has fallen (i know that happens sometimes if it’s been tugged on, which it hasn’t!) Overall, we’re looking for somewhere else to live!

It was honestly a mistake moving here. The rent is way overpriced. Maintenance is literally a joke, and shouldn’t even be qualified as maintenance men. We have called about a broken stair over a month ago, and no one has responded at all. I have personally almost tripped several times, and others have tripped. We get charged a monthly pest control fee, however our staircase outside is CRAWLING with roaches every night. Our ac unit has broken twice already, both times during hot periods. We had a broken kitchen drawer for almost 3 months right after we moved in because no one would come fix it

Once a month the trash compactor is over flowing into the parking lot. The rent is way too high here. They rarely come out to fix things. The ac air filters are never changed until the units are froze and leaking through the floor. The roach problem is by far the worst. They are infested and the bug guy only sprays outside unless otherwise requested. Definitely don’t recommend. Oh, and there is never any parking after 7pm. Parking permits are supposed to be used but they don’t. All parking is fair game. Get it or lose it. Even if your vehicle is no longer running.

PROS: I love how quiet the area is and conveniently it’s located to grocery shopping. Maintenance has come in an expedient manner the 2-3 times I’ve needed them. The office staff is great!
Cons: What I don’t love is the price! I live in 3 bdrm “townhouse” and I pay over $1400 because water is included (Which I also don’t like). I don’t love the pool hours either. There is no lifeguard on duty so I don’t feel there should be time limitations, but at the very least post the hours (I’m not sure they are).

Having years of experience in apartment management and a business owner for 7 years and counting, as a residential painting and remodel company....here's my observation. The only reason I'm giving 2 Stars is our location was convenient and quiet....it IS NOT a good place to live, though! We moved into Maple Village around the month of April. Taking Covid-19 into consideration, I knew things would be a bit lax, as far as maintenance goes. Upon our move-in report that they requested, we made notice of a small old roof leak in the master bedroom (being that we lived upstairs), the other bedroom main
