The cleanest, fastest and most honest plumber so far in the Colorado Springs area.
If you need work done fast, well and accurate I would recommend Mark and Affordable Rooter, not to be confused with either Affordable Plumbing (broke our water line then refused to fix and fill without being paid 4k) or Rooter Town (wanted to charge us 14-16k for unnecessary work)

Came out to repair a leaky valve which required a new 1 inch piece of copper pipe. Installed a pvc water line from main water line to refrigerator ice maker. Invoice from day one inspection and fixing copper pipe was $96 dollars less than what I ended up paying when they came back to finish the job by installing the water line. Told me that parts adjusted the cost even though all parts were known about the day of the original estimate. Didn’t get a very good answer when I asked why the cost was so different between the two invoices. This company has affordable in their name but I feel that they

The plumbing service was so much more than I ever expected. Mary, who received my initial call, was so assuring and my appointment for the plumping issue was scheduled promptly. We had problems with our pipes backing up downstairs in our home and Rob and his crew not only found the problem but came up with an affordable solution! Most other companies probably would have told us we had to tear out the floor and replace all the pipes. They completed the job in one day and his team was very professional. Robert and his team exceed my expectations 100%. I needed Affordable Rooter to repair a mainline tree root and line break/gap that was located 8 feet under a slab that I was going to have removed during some landscaping work.
It required precise timing on their part and I had planned this 6 weeks in advance. What really impressed me was the… scheduled touch point call was made as planned (the day before at 1pm) and the work done ahead of schedule the next day.
