First impression of this Statefarm location was amazing. Although I did not begin a policy with Jennifer Creed State Farm agency, the experience was top notch. Shopping around for auto insurance is stressful, especially when premiums are on the rise, but speaking with Jennifer today, she handled all my questions and worked with me as much as she could. I will definitely keep this location in mind if my next premium goes up.

Jennifer and her team do their best to get you the best coverage at the cheapest rates. I really appreciate how personable they are. She was my agent for a couple of years and I dropped my coverage when moving overseas for a year, but when calling upon my return to the states she remembered me. That speaks volumes.

In preparation for moving back to South Carolina, I googled State Farm agents near my soon-to-be new home in Columbia. I reached out to Jennifer Creed through her web site. My husband and I were using another insurance company about 15 years for our home/auto and have been looking for more ways to save money. We spoke with Leah and she was very responsive, professional and courteous. She answered all of our questions and sent us a quote for $1200 cheaper than that we were paying!!!
