Your children need comprehensive pediatric dentistry to ensure healthy teeth and gums as they grow. Your pediatric dentist at Children's Dentistry of Rancho Cucamonga performs a wide variety of pediatric dental procedures, as well as cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, early interceptive orthodontics and preventative dentistry - all for children up to the age of 18.
Dr. Piedra completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine/New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. Dr. Piedra is on the staff at Loma Linda University Medical Center Children's Hospital and is an assistant professor in the department of pediatric dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.
Kristie has been in the dental field for over 20 years and she has been working with Dr. Piedra for more than 10 years. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending her free time hiking, gardening and spending time with her husband and daughter. Jill has been in the dental field for many years. She started out in orthodontics and then moved to pediatric dentistry.
The most important preventative dentistry measures include promoting good oral hygiene habits to your children at home on a daily basis. That includes correct brushing, daily flossing and eating a proper, nutritious diet. In addition to teaching your child how to care for his or her teeth, we offer dental sealants to keep out pesky germs and help avoid tooth decay.

One of the best children's dental places. Very welcoming kid friendly from hand painted drawings on the walls for the kids scared of the dentist, to the staff being very polite . My daughter had to go under for her procedure and staff reassured me of her safety and she came out safe and relieved of tooth pain. Jill and Isabel are amazing 👏. My children love them ❤

Dr. Piedra is a fantastic pediatric dentist. She takes such great care of her patients. Great, friendly, and caring staff. You are greeted with a smile, appointments are always on time once you arrive, and no waiting. The lobby and entire office is beautifully painted with a jungle theme which the kids really enjoy!!!! I would recommend Dr. Piedra to any family looking for a pediatric dentist!!! She is simply the best!!!

My son has severe anxiety. Prior to finding Children’s Dentistry, we tried 4 other pediatric dentists with no luck. I highly recommend this office. They were beyond patience and kind and we actually made progress in getting my son to cooperate. I am so relieved and highly recommend the office!!! Please don’t go anywhere else!

A visit to the dentist can be intimidating and scary for children. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their visit. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The dental assistant was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and knowledgeable. The Dentist was fantastic and excellent with my kids. I highly recommend this office for your children's dental needs.
