We decided it was time to downsize to a smaller property and we contacted Rick Finaldi. Rick had previously sold several properties for my wife and mother so we wanted Rick to handle this for us. He did a great job walking us through the steps of marketing our home. He stayed the course through our personal situation which was anything but normal and we sold our home. Rick was also very helpful with our search for our new home. We asked to go to see many homes but we finally found the one we wanted and he helped to make it happen. If we ever had to move again we would not hesitate for a minute

Ugh. I am so turned off by the sleazy tactics of realtors who put fake personal notes in mailboxes saying such things as "Dear ____, (insert your first name they find on some list they paid for), My husband Rick and I really want to buy your house! Please call us at ..." This is the second time this has happened to me by what turns out to be Re/Max Achievers' RIck and Ginny in Collegeville. Let's stop it now, guys and gals. Grow up.

It was terrible. A lot of empty promises, before one signs the contract.
At the beginning, you must talk more to an agent, to make clear all the facts about the property. Instead of Mr Harris, Kathy called back, who I had no contract with. No open house to promote the listing. No wonder, that he could not sell the house.
