Coral Schober has assisted Mr. Piazza in his law practice for over 9 years. Though a graduate of Barron Collier High School and long-time Naples resident, Coral was a "military brat" throughout her childhood, which took her all over the continental United States and Europe. Most notably, Coral lived in Madrid, Spain for 4 years, and studied Spanish while there.
Workers' compensation is a form of insurance providing wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue his or her employer for the tort of negligence. There are many different types of on-the-job injuries.
State and Federal laws mandate that covered employees must receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 in a workweek at a rate not less than time and one-half their regular rates of pay. There is no limit on the number of hours employees aged 16 and older may work in any workweek. The law does not require overtime pay for work on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or regular days of rest, as such.
A claim of personal injury can be brought when an injury is the result of the negligence of another. Motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, medical and dental malpractice, injuries resulting from defective products and medications, physical assault, and dog bites, are all examples of personal injury cases.

If your looking for a no nonsense, straight up lawyer, Frank and Coral are the right move. They always return your phone calls and have a family atmosphere. Even in my case, which was unusual, they fought hard and I was happy with the outcome. They made me feel like I was their only client, which is hard to get from a big firm like Morgan & Morgan. I was really happy with the very difficult and confusing process dealing with insurance companies. I highly recommend their services. A+ across the board!!!

I would highly recommend Frank. He was always on top of my case and kept me informed. If Frank was not available at the time I spoke with Coral who was very knowledgeable about my case and was almost always able to answer my question, but if she wasn't she would let Frank know and either Frank or Coral would call me back in a reasonable time. Frank gave me all my opinions so I was able to make a great decision without feeling pressured.

There are few excellent workers compensation attorneys in Naples. Frank is one of the few.
