Efficient, personable & professional are just a few words that come to mind when I describe this WWM&R. I personally send Josh Rudnick and Missy Alford roughly 40 contracts a year. They are always quick to respond and treat each one of their clients as if they were family. Top notch service from beginning to end is what you should expect from this firm!

I recently had a closing which Michael Michetti handled. It was an extremely poor experience start to finish. They didn't spell the names correctly, were off thousands of dollars on their closing statement, and were basically just very sloppy start to finish. And to top it off, they never once apologized for their mistakes. They also sat on my deed and title insurance for over a month. Absolutely awful. I can't imagine how he stays in business.

I'm a builder and have several closings every week. I hope not to use this title company ever again. I had a closing last year and since then have been asking Shannon for a recorded deed with no success. For the last 3 months, she is not even responding my emails. Terrible service!

We used many different Title companies over the years, this one is the worst!!!
Rude and arrogant and sloppy is my experience.
The closing date was getting close and we could not get any response from them, specifically Missy Alford.
Finally they woke up on the afternoon of the closing date and sent us the closing papers to be signed and notarized (we live out of state).
We signed and notarized the closing papers this dam day after work.
Next day when I contacted Missy about the status of the closing, she had a guts to point finger at me the closing is being delayed because I signed papers

I bought a condo in Naples and when the closing was rescheduled twice it was evident that I needed a lawyer. The seller wasn’t answering calls or emails from the closing agent and the third contact was about to expire. Fortunately, I was referred to Josh Rudnick. He drafted a new contract, answered my calls with exceptional promptness, and got results that no one else could. The closing went smoothly, and I can’t recommend Josh highly enough.
