Upon completion of her studies she opened her first private practice in North Miami, and fifteen years ago her second private practice in Pembroke Pines. Dr. Rotter graduated and is an Implant Fellow from one of the world's most advanced training centers in dental implantology, The Misch International Implant Institute.

Always a relaxing, pleasant and professional experience at Dr. Rotter's office. They take you in at the appiontment time promised, and do not make you wait. The dental work is superb and second to none, always explaining what they will be doing and why, and always ensuring that you are comfortable and very pleased with the work.

Doctor Rotter and her entire staff are truly phenomenal. They are extremely professional, friendly and amazingly skilled. The facility is beautiful, clean and sanitary to the max... and they are especially vigilant, concerning COVID-19, in taking every precaution to ensure the safety of their patients and themselves. I am totally beyond satisfied... I actually look forward to my dental appointments.
