Before Lunch, I had a policy on a new vehicle completely lacking GAP Coverage.
Mortgaged vehicles benefit from this whenever involved in a Totaled Vehicle Accident. Most insurance companies depreciate the vehicle (happens instantly the nanosecond that you drive off of the lot), and they will ONLY pay THAT AMOUNT toward your Loan. --Leaving you with an ongoing payment for a smashed vehicle! So much for "Comprehensive FULL Coverage"!
Shanna worked-up a quote for my motorcycle within minutes that was far more complete (GAP included) and cheaper than my other Big Box Insurance Company. I then fired

After only working with Shanna for part of the year, it is obvious to me that she is really passionate about the type of work she does for her clients. She always picks up the phone, gets back to my emails, and takes a genuine interest in self bettering her already great business practices.
