Taylors Falls is a city in Chisago County, Minnesota, United States, located at the junction of U.S. Highway 8 and Minnesota State Highway 95. The population was 976 at the 2010 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.39 square miles (11.37 km2), of which, 4.10 square miles (10.62 km2) is land and 0.29 square miles (0.75 km2) is water.
New Richmond was founded in 1857. The town was named after Richmond Day, the land surveyor responsible for plotting the town. With it being the second town in Wisconsin to take the name Richmond, the name was altered to New Richmond. The tornado destroyed a large portion of the town, primarily Main Street and New Richmond's east side, killing 117 and injuring 125 people.
Luck was originally two settlements, Luck on Big Butternut Lake, and West Denmark further west, founded by Danish immigrants in 1869 on the north and west shores of Little Butternut Lake and extending out for a few miles. The two settlements knew it was impractical to remain as separate entities, but disagreed about which would be the center of town.
Center City was platted in 1857, and named from its location near the geographic center. A post office was established as Centre City in 1858, and the name was changed to Center City in 1893. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.61 square miles (1.58 km2), of which, 0.59 square miles (1.53 km2) is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 km2) is water.
Melissa, an ambitious entrepreneur, started her career in 2000, at the young age of 21. She started out by making the million dollar club (selling 1+ million dollars of property value) in her first few months, and the following 2 calendar years made the masters club selling 32+ properties each year.

Over several years of buying houses in the area I have left phone messages with the Jones Team in regard to their listings and each time I didn't get a call back so I go through another Realtor for the purchase. Apparently they are ok to list a property but prefer not to work the property and are willing to get less commission.

I have purchased and sold a number of properties and The Jones Team is by far the best to work with. Melissa is so knowledgeable and she (and her team) go above and beyond for you as a client. She is prompt to answer your questions and your phone calls yet she is not “high pressure.” She gives you the space you need to make the right decision. She really wants you to be happy with your investment and is not interested in making a quick sale. She is honest, down-to-earth and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Closed on a house in May. I loved working with everyone from The Jones Team! They were always so quick to respond to emails, texts or phone calls. And when we had a couple of concerns that required clarification, Melissa was quick to address those issues. We plan to stay here long term, but if we ever need realtor services again or need to refer someone, our first suggestion is The Jones Team!

Horrible service. There only goal is to sell a house to you and then stop their service. It is the winter months in Wisconsin and the home I purchased through them had a half functioning heating system and it got too cold for it to keep up and it shut the boiler down. All they attempted to do was band aid my problem with a space heater. Unacceptable to sell a first time home buyer a house without having the essentials to life fully functional. No one can live with a half heated house. They do not want to do any of the work to try and make things right. They tell me the previous owners didn’t
