I had a floor put in a few years back ,and I thought it was very nice work ,but I did not educate myself ,they put in the cheapest bathroom ,which later on the floor started to leak they should have put up some form of water protection instead they put in this cheap rubber strip now I had this done threw a housing agency ,the plywood soaked up so much water the floor started to cave in ,I had called them to help me and told them the problem ,they rite off the bat said it would cost 12 to 15 thousand dollars ,now mind you ,I live in a 1983 skyline trailer that I payed 8000 for .they are truly rip

If you have parents that want to age in place this is a fantastic company! They were very professional, they were timely, they kept a neat work area, and they didn't mind a million questions. My Dad is mostly wheelchair bound and Diversified Construction came and gave us suggestions of ways we could accomplish what we needed to make the home safe for my Dad. They came and installed a chairlift and a wheelchair lift with minimum modifications to the home. Diversified Construction actually started the installation before the date they originally estimated which was a very nice surprise. They did
