The technician was very professional and sounded knowledgeable. However, the cost of replacing one kitchen faucet was $1500. No, I am not embellishing or kidding. I have had many faucets replaced in my lifetime and none have ever cost so much.
Since this was at my rental property I was in a catch twenty where the faucet was broken and I could not leave my tenants without a place to clean their dishes. This was highway robbery and I would never use or recommend this plumbing company.
Just as a side note- it actually was more expensive than $1500, but I negotiated the price down.

My outside hose faucet was leaking a little bit. I tried to take it off myself and replace, but couldn't get it and was worried about breaking the pipe, which is a common problem. I figured I'd rather pay the price for the peace of mind and I'm glad I did. Ryan came out, was super professional, walked my through everything and got the job done under the hour minimum. He even offered to look at anything else we wanted for the remainder of the hour.

My first and only experience with this company was not good and I would not recommend them. I made an appointment for a service of my furnace. When the technicians finally arrived (several hours after the initial time they stated they would arrive) I was informed that they would not perform a service on my system because it was too old and it just needed to be replaced. This is a rental house and I was just trying to get the system serviced to hopefully operate better. Within a few hours of the technicians leaving my furnace stopped working all together. Jordan was very professional in his interaction with me. He carefully explained the process as he walked me through the install procedure. He's very thorough to ensure my new heating units were level and set up correctly. Unfortunately, he came across an electrical snag and instead of trying to fix it himself, he stopped and wanted to bring in an electrician to address the odd wiring in my home. Even though it's not complete yet, I'm happy he's confident in his skills that he knows when to ask for assistance rather than "fix" it himself.
